William Jefferson Isbell

William Jefferson Isbell owned the Isbell Hotel in Cookeville, TN. He was a tax collector for the county. His father James Livingston Isbell was married to Angeline (Beasley) Allison, 2nd w/o Joseph Stewart "Hog Joe" Allison.
