Stone of Bird Nichols near his son, Harvey Bransford Nichols' family plot. I had Bird's stone put there in 1998, as a family letter indicates he was buried in Magassi Cemetery. His 3rd wife, Zillah Morris Farmer Nichols, is also buried at Magassi. They were supposedly separated at the time of his death. He died 4 Sep 1844, though, not 6 Sep as it says on the stone.
